    This is a HUGE OVER THE TOP Adult CROWN  apx 18".  Rainbow rhinestones. This is definitely for an adult...you can adjust the size by sliding the band.   It weighs over 1.5 pounds
    "PG USA" is written on it with 2 people doing the disco (i think)
    please note some of the stones are missing.   Also base is a little warped so will have to be bent to fit your head.
