The exceptional overall condition of the car is due to its adult ownership, routine dealer-performed service, and very low mileage: just 25,512 miles in all, or 3,644 miles per-year on average. While Carfax shows two prior owners, in fact the car is legitimately a one-owner. The Lexus was leased to its original Florida owner, who became "the second owner" when he bought the car at the end of the lease.
