    These are used pulls that were treated poorly in storage.  Most have bent SFP port shields and various cosmetic damage from banging around in a box.
    Photos are an example of the typical damage these have.  Yours may differ.
    With a test unit, I was able to straighten the SFP shield out enough
    with a pair of needle nose pliers
    to insert a module and was functional.  Perhaps you can do the same and save some money.
