This lightly used special needs stroller is in very good condition BUT is missing the leg and foot rest assemblies. These can be found online or at local supply stores.
This is the 12" size (the smallest EZ Rider available) and is suitable for children up to 70 pounds.

he Convaid EZ Rider is a popular upright pediatric wheelchair that is best-in-class, convenient, lightweight and compact folding.
The red transport handles accommodate proper harness assemblies used in vans and other vehicles designed to transport special needs patients.
Convaid is considered one of the best known manufacturers of this type of product.
The two foam covered arms shown above in the pic below fold up out of the way when placing a child into the stroller.
The rear wheels have easy to use brakes for when the stroller does not need to move.
The two slots for holding the missing leg rest units measure 3/4" inside diameter, but it would be best to wait until you have the stroller before purchasing rests that might not work with it.
The EZ Rider comes in upholstery that is removable and washable. This Convaid
EZ Rider is easy to fold for maximal portability, in size 12 for up to 70-lbs.
The "H" shaped harness will go a good job of holding your loved one in place.
The two-part rod above has a sliding sleeve which either holds the two sections together or lets them move freely when it is time to fold up the stroller.
This stroller has a head rest with side sections which help protect your child's head if it moves from side to side.

This stroller folds for easy storage or transport. It will be shipped folded as shown above. To unfold it, slide the sleeve at the back of the unit so the two pieces can fold the chair up. Then lift up on the fabric of the seat. The stroller should fold in half at that point.
