We are more than happy to look up your wheelchair or scooter using its serial number to determine if a part will meet your needs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and matching happy customers with correct parts is our goal. If you have to return a part due to inadequate research or faulty assumptions, we charge a restocking fee. We'd like to avoid these problems and get you what you need as fast as possible.
