Used Evolv EasyStand 5000 Youth Standing Frame, with Glass Table Top. Has been used, shows some normal wear and tear, scuffs & scratches, even a little bit of light rust on some of the nuts & bolts. It's mounted on Casters, and I also have a set of leg levelers for it, as well as a an extra seat restraint and leg belt.  Also has manual and allen wrenches needed to take apart, put together, and make adjustments.  Free Pick up in the SF Bay Area, I am also willing to meet up if necessary if you're not too far (not going to Portland or Phoenix) maybe 3 hours or so at most.
