Easy to operate interface.  Easy installation.   Allows easy access to various parameter settings including wheel size, speed limit, battery voltage, power assist parameters, etc.  Max speed  limit setting is 56 mph.  Up to 9 pedal assist levels.  Includes USB port for phone charging, etc.  Power-on password option.  Results vary depending on ebike components. There may or may not be a performance improvement, and a performance improvement is not guaranteed. We  are not responsible for the proper or improper use of merchandise sold.  We urge you to exercise caution and take necessary safety measures to  protect yourself while engaging in cycling. We encourage and ask that  you wear a helmet and take additional safety precautions as conditions  dictate. Potential customers should check with your local laws before  purchasing any item. Some states may have laws restricting the use of  certain items on public streets.  Many states have age requirements and  most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by  certain age children. Please always bike safely. Know your laws before  you go biking. We will not take back items if you find your laws do not  permit the item.
We stand behind the products we sell. However, we cannot be responsible, nor do we accept liability, for breakage, failure, or damage as a result of off-road use or reckless driving. Modifications are done at your own risk and we do not accept liability or responsibility arising from damage caused by installing parts or doing modifications. You should be aware that certain modifications and installation of certain parts may under certain circumstances void warrantees. Please check local and state laws before installing any product. We are not responsible for any violation due to installation of our products.
We  are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages delivered. Contact  the carrier to file a dispute if you believe your package is lost or  stolen. We do offer signature required and full value insurance shipping  which are additional charges and the customer must contact us for this  service prior to us shipping the item.    If signature required and full value insurance is not purchased, we  will not be responsible for packages that have been left at  the recipient's door and consequently lost and/or stolen.
Before  completing your purchase, please confirm that you have selected the  correct item(s). Once an order is placed it is generally processed  immediately therefore we have a no cancellation policy after an order  has been placed.
Electronic  Parts are non-returnable. Please select wisely when purchasing parts.  Contact us for more information.  All other parts returns must be  returned within 10 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15%  restocking fee. Customer is responsible for returning merchandise in its  original condition and packaging at their own expense. For damaged or  defective items please refer to our warranty policy.
During the applicable warranty period we will  replace any defective part free of charge to the end user of the  part. We require all parts to be returned to us before replacing those  parts. Shipping costs back to us are paid for by the end user /  customer.
We  expressly disclaim any responsibility for damage due to normal wear and  tear for any item we sell.  We make no warranty with regard to  accessories, aftermarket parts, or add on parts that are not original  equipment. These items may be warranted by their respective manufacturer  and supplier.
At our discretion, we will remedy substantial defects in materials and workmanship by either repair or replacement.
Events  discharging us from our warranty obligation include misuse or neglect,  including failure to provide reasonable maintenance, unauthorized  alteration, changes to programming or settings, accident, or act of God.
