In this auction we offer:
I offer you a double-balanced mixer from Mini Circuits Laboratories.
The mixer is of the SAM-3H-3 type.
It is a medium power level mixer, i.e. the power of the local oscillator can be up to 17dBm and the input signal power is 10dBm.
The mixer is designed to work in the range of 0.1-500MHz, with the output frequency (IF) 0-500MHz.
The mixer has a low conversion attenuation of 5dB and high gate insulation, on average 50dB.
The rest of the mixer parameters are the same as for the SAM-3 mixer (9.6MB HERE).
The SAM-3H mixer was specially designed for the input circuits of shortwave devices and has a very good IP rating.
It was used, among others, in some types of Wattkins & Johnson receivers.
As the offered mixer has electrical parameters mostly compatible with other low-level mixers (apart from the heterodyne level), I think that it can be used to improve the parameters of older types of radio communication devices.
