This wheelchair has been serviced and is in very good condition. Everything works perfectly on it.
Only a few minor scratches from normal use.

The tires have excellent tread on them
The leg rests are adjustable so you can adjust them for the height of the individual.

Because of the complications of freight shipping there really is no good way to return an electric wheelchair.

If we are not able to resolve the problem through technical support and replacement parts, we could send you a replacement chair if we have a suitable replacement.
We will do whatever necessary to make things right, up to and including a full refund.
