ROLODEXRotary Index Address File
No. 2254D
Black Metal,
Roll Top rotates backward and down, revealing Acrylic Alphabetized Dividers and Address/File Cards. All alphabetic tab cards are included as are a number of blank white, pink, and blue address cards.
The Rotary File has a lock to prevent snooping, and the key is included. The File is in very good shape, with frankly little use, and the rotary mechanism still feels firm as when it was new.
Some think that only computers should hold the kind of information that is commonly stored in a ROLODEX, but consulting a rotary file like this is typically faster than going to a computer, switching applications to a database, typing in a search term (like a name), and then printing the result(s). Using a Rolodex file it is easy to rotate to the first letter of last names you desire, riffle through the cards, and pull the select cards for sales people to make visits, phone calls, and the like. It is a great backup for a computer system (that can break down), it is easy to make notes on the front or back of an address card and, like a good database, information other than addresses may be filed (for example, cards can be used to inventory items, track parts and their locations, and the like.
Approximate Measurements:
Height with Lid Closed -- 7.5 Inches
Length of Base -- 7.5 Inches

Your purchase will be carefully packed and sent to you with tracking information and delivery confirmation.
