Unused Rolodex Desk / Counter Model for Home Use, has Photo Frame. Case is yellowed, see last photo for color comparison. This has some divider cards - 6 with letters of the alphabet, and one each labeled Babysitter, School, Friends, Medical, Family, and Emergency. There is a small square photo frame about 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" which would be displayed when the unit is sitting on the desk or counter.
